The main window of Image Cut lets you import an image file and provides a handful cutting toolbar that lets you set the edges of the fragments in which you want to split the image 

After arranging the rulers you will see the Split Image window that wil show you the filenames for each part of the image as well as the size and the type for each of them 

The Program Settings window lets you see and edit the Head of the output HTML. You may also set here the splitter color and the color of the working area
