Instan-t's main window displays the application menu and toolbar, the contact list and you can also see the Contact list context menu. 

The ICQ, AOL, MSN, Yahoo Setup allows you to enter information about your accounts on these IM networks and customize the contact authorization levels. 

Instan-t's Settings menu lets you configure various aspects of the application's behavior according to your needs and preferences.
