JAP's main window shows the used services, some anonimity details, the remaining credit and the encrypted data transferred. 

The User Interface Settings tab allows you to customize the application's appearance according to your needs and preferences. 

The Network Settings tab lets you modify the port to listen on and customize the proxy/firewall information. 

In the Forwarding Server Settings window, you can specify the server port used for forwarding and details about your internet connection. 

The Debugging Settings window allows you to choose for which subsystems to show messages, the level of the shown messages and the logging level.
