MagicCamera can play most of popular video files as long as the correct decoder is present. Some codes packs are recommended. 

Using Encode Panel to encode bitmaps saved in other panels to video clips. Video formats of compression are depended on codec packs installed on your system. 

The Options menu allows you to change the visual style and Skin Option for window appearence.
