This is the main window of Magic Effect Photo Editor where you can import an image file and start applying the effects that are listed in the left side of the window 

You may choose the effects from the Effects menu as well and you can see many previews with the effects applied to your image 

Here you can see the Desktop wallpaper options window that allows you to select a wallpaper mode for the image that you want to apply on the desktop. It can be Centered, Tiled or Stretched
