After installing this extension you will notice that the Message Level Authentication button has been added to the status bar. 

Message Level Authentication for WebMail Options menu, Authentication window - here you can choose your alerts and see the key meanings. 

Message Level Authentication Options menu, Reputation window - here you can see and select the type of alert when you encounter a sender with a bad reputation.
