This is the main window of Mobile Ringtone Converter where you will be able to open the audio file you want to process. 

The Edit menu is the place where you can see all the action you can perform, such as trim, split or find zero crossings. 

The Tracks menu will allow you to import an audio file, to start recording, to remove certain tracks or to align the tracks. 

The Preferences window is the place where you can select the audio device you want to use for playback or for recording. 

The File Formats tab will enable you to choose the uncompressed export format and to adjust the bit rate.
