The Win32 tab allows you to view a list of the libraries found by Neuron in your Windows folders. 

In the View tab you are able to select the appearence of the main interface and the way you want some files to be viewed. 

The Tools tab allows you to format a selected file, or to create tar or gzip files from it. 

The View As Text window shows information about the progam selected, as name, size, date of creation or resources needed.
