The main window of PECompact displays a file list where you can add files, see their type, original size, new size and ratio and compress the ones that you select onto a specified folder 

The Settings panel contains settings about Actions, General Options, Global Decoder Options, Plug-ins and Resources to compress 

Here you can see what actions you can apply to a selected file. You can compress, run, testm backup, remove or batch the file
