This is the main window of Pando where you can view the status of your received and sent items. 

The Options window is the place where you can create a profile containing your full name, the email address and your location. 

The Trasfers section is the place where you can configure the settings for sending and receiving files. 

Pando will require you to specify default download folders and to adjust the streaming cache. 

Pando will offer you the possibility to add or remove download channels and to choose which ones are online or offline.
