In the first window of Paquet Builder you are requested to select what type of installing package you want to create 

In the Basic Information window you can enter information about your package, like package title, author, company name, e-mail adress and homepage 

The Component Properties window lets you select Global Properties, Component Variable options and Selection Dialog settings 

The Edition Menu allows you to select what to see in the main window, like: the File Manager, the Custom Action Edition or the Edit Resource Strings 

The Environment Options window lets you set General Options as well as Default Settings, options about Directories and Favorite Folders options 

In the Tools menu you can select one from the provided tools: The Package Express, the Configure Tools or the Check digital certificate additional tool
