The Building form will contain information about the building itself (the address, footage, market rent, photos, etc) and the information about all the building units at the Units folder.
Use this form to record everything you would like about a tenant. You can record general information in the top part of the form and more specific information in the folders below.
You may have more than one tenant associated with a Unit if you create several lease agreements. Any Tenant can also rent several Units through several Lease Agreements.
You can record and view expenses based on the individual unit to which the expense is related or you can enter an expense that relates only to the building itself.
