The main window lets you choose between 11 types of analizes, statistics and reports for your site. 

In the General Settings panel under the Connection section you can edit the Proxy settings and the FTP settings. 

In the General Settings panel under the Scheduler section you can enable the scheduler and edit the E-mail settings. 

In the Linkage Tracking panel you select the Search depth, which links to exclude, choose the search engines and the type of ranking. 

In the Site Analyzer window you can edit different analysis options like the depth, maximum numebr of links and connections and the the default page. 

In the Log Statistics panel you can add the host you want to analyze, the IPs to ignore and the Display settings. 

The Update window enables you to see what updates are present for the program with a detailed description and the version's date.
