The main window of Smart Desktop Calendar from where you can access all the functions of the application. 

To add an event and schedule a reminder for it just click on a date from the calendar or on the 'Add New Event' button. 

The options tab of Smart Desktop Calendar will allow you to fully customize the application's settings.
