Before you can properly use Soft191 Mail Check you need to provide the POP3 account settings. 

Soft191 Mail Check allows you to apply filters to your emails. Use this menu in order to do so. 

You can use this window when you want to change several default settings of the application. 

This window allows you to select the way you wish to be notified when a new email has arrived. 

Here you will be able to set the path for the application you use to send and receive emails. 

Finallu, this tab of the Options window allows you to select the color for each message, according to the status.
