The TuxGuitar music composer's Note menu entry will allow you to add audio effects to your music notes by using one or more of the commands available in the Effects sub-menu.
The TuxGuitar software's configuration window Styles tab will help you customize TuxGuitar's look and feel by adjusting the font settings and a number of other environmental variables.
