ZoneAlarm's main window will display information on the status of program's protection. ZoneAlarm can offer inbound and outbound protection, e-mail protection or anti-spyware protection. 

In the Preferences tab you are able to set your options on how ZoneAlarm should check for updates, set passwords, or set your backup and restore security settings. 

The embedded Firewall offers protection on different levels, according to your preferences on: internet zone, trusted zone and blocked zone security. 

The Program control tab allows you to set your prefered level of contol over programs, set smart defense advisor's mode or set options on automatic lock. 

ZoneAlarm can monitor actions made by your installed programs, and can also restrict their activity to offer a better protection to your system. 

You can also view all systems active, all you have to do is to click on Components tab in Program control window. 

The embeded anti-spyware protects your computer from any spyware intrusions. ZoneAlarm gives you the possibility of turning it on or off, or that of performing periodical scans. 

The Antivirus monitoring window displays information on the status of ZoneAlarm's antivirus and protection. 

ZoneAlarm can also protect your email from possible malicious programs that may come with infected attachements. 

The Cookie Control helps ZoneAlarm to protect your privacy while you are surfing the web. 

The Cache Cleaner helps you clear harddisk space and can be use bolth manually and automatically. 

ZoneAlarm can protect you even from hackers and thieves, by keeping your personal data into a vault. You can turn on or off Identity Lock any time you like. 

The Alerts and Logs window allows you to set ZoneAlarm to announce different actions or situations in specific ways. 

ZoneAlarm's Advanced Options enable you to set for scan to be performad at specific time intervals, set update options and your spyware management options. 

The Program options panel enables you to set custom preferences for every program that ZoneAlarm monitors. 

The Advanced Program Settings panel allows you to set rules for the way ZoneAlarm should act when a program attempts to connect to the internet or when it attempts to act as a server. 

...or you are able to set your preferences on how cache should be handled for your web browsers. 

The Advanced Alerts and Logs Settings panel allows you to set ZoneAlarm to alert you when it performs specific actions or encounters specific situations. 

The Advanced E-mail Protection panel allows you to set more options in order to have a better protection for your email. 

ZoneAlarm enables you to set Custom settings for the embeded firewall. You can restrict to maximum the internet security or set it to a preferred level. 

The Advanced settings panel allows you to set your security options for the gateway, internet connection sharing or for your network.
