The Preferences tab in bitcontrol MPEG Video Decoder Properties window allows you to enable various settings related to the decoding process. 

The MPEG-2 tab lets you enable the MPEG-2 decoder, set the input FOURCC and also enable the color correction. 

In the Statistics tab you can view a wide range of parameters and their values, including video in/out, coded size, display size, aspect, etc. 

The ProcAmp tab in the bitcontrol MPEG Decoder Properties window allows you to set the brightness, contrast and saturation levels.
