The only thing holding this back is the price. HijackThis is free, while this software is not.
They both do the same thing, except BrowserSentinel offers a better interface and it constantly updates information, offering a real time scanner for all the categories. It also conveniently puts everything into categories...none of that O1, O2, R1, R2 bologna. It adds even more than just the categories HijackThis offers. I know this based on the categories in BrowserSentinel...i just dont know which ones specifically since the HijackThis categories arent very clear :).
