The software is absolute rubbish, it gives me the impression Samsung does not take their customers serious (the software is perhaps not compatible with Win. Vista. Judging by other user reviews these problems are ignored by Samsung... Thanks a-lot.

The program keeps telling me that my phone is not connected, when it blatantly is. You'd think a phone program would know when it is connected to a phone. Simple enough? Guess not.

infuriating and ridiculous...i cant even install this thing and when i download it or put it on from the CD i try to install the files to open the program and it just comes up....would u like to uninstall...THATS MY ONLY OPTION ITS A ROUNDABOUT WITH NO EXITS EEEEEEEEK

this installation got bad in the first time but now it got better

Samsung PC Studio 3 is one of the most annoying programs that I have ever used. It will not let me view any text messages that are over 160 characters and since the installation of this update I have not been able to access the multimedia manager aspect!

Without the ability to handle text messages over 160 characters
makes this software infuriatingly useless

it says to conect to my phone i need ot enter a password;;
what is the password ?
unless i enter a password i cannot connect
