After spending 45 minutes recovering a bad outlook folder, I find that I need to buy a key to activate it in order to save the recovered folder. No problem, that wasn't a problem. It runs about $30. So I go to the website and enter the credit card info and buy the software. Then I get an email that has a link to it showing the status of the order. I click on the link and find that I should receive the key to activate the software in 12 hours. I the meantime, I have the software up that has my folder recovered, but I cannot save it, because it is the trial version.
I have never bought software online that took 12 hours to get a key. That is completely unacceptable. There was no warning of the huge delay time. I would recommend finding different software that is sold by a company that understands what the most basic level of customer service is. |
