Wow, this application got pretty high ratings from most people. Not from me.

This is the ultimate Internet communications interface. Right? Hardly. Admittedly, I only tried two of its several features before giving up. Neither one of those features had enough features to actually be usable. As an example: the "Web Site Downloader" function apparently lacks the ability to interface with Web sites with complex pop-up windows and also doesn't seem to allow for password protected sites. There are plenty of freeware Web Site downloaders out there that do. So where is the value here?
