its light, low on the bloat, and its fast...Besides, most of the skins and plugins on the WinAMP homepage are terribly old and only work with version 2.XX of WinAMP...thats a plus :).
WinAMP 3 was a disaster, and WinAMP 5 is heading in the wrong direction with AOL at the helm (not to say WinAMP 5 is bad, just AOL is just leading it down the wrong path). |
