Free, yes, but not really--it opens a sponsor web page at least once every time the program is run. Very annoying.
Plays FLVs. You can open several instances of the program at once if you want, but each will bring up the sponsor web site. There are no display options.
Downloads YouTube videos okay. Program does not tell you where it put the downloads. It does not recognize duplicate downloads, and just makes more copies.
I appreciate free software, but (1) this software isn't really free, since the sponsored component is so insistent and intrusive, and (2) there are many better programs out there from generous programmers in the community.
