About the problem with i Tunes. You can simply choose not to install that kind of suport :) Works for me both in xp or vista. |

Especially in todays society where everyone uses different encoding to suit their budgets or whatever was free the could illegally download. XP home, Pro, and MCE 2002 and 2005 along with my my new Alienware with Vista run flawlessly. |

while ago and have alway followed it as it is a great piece of software. I was using a '3rd party' codec pack and it would make my videos go much slower. about 20 seconds to start up. After installing this codec pack, it was instant. A MUST DOWNLOAD!!! THE HUGE SIZE IS SOO WORTH IT. My computer is not complete without this piece of software!!!! |

| | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | This software is overall awesome, but it is a bit tricky to get working.(im using MS XP Pro on pc) it helps if you uninstall all media software (DivX, Winamp etc). During install use the preset for professional, this will instal ALL codecs for everything ever. the software monitors itself for conflicts so dont worry. i recommend using winamp for MP3 etc sound files, and the softwares own BS player for all video files. This can be set by right click on a vid file > Opens with > and set it to BS Pplayer, also check the box that syas "always use this ...."
I advise against using any form of iTunes as they tend to conflict EVERYTHING and will screw the codecs, sound drivers etc. besides iTunes are full of copyright crapola
