Most amazing program I EVER met!

I agree with you... The interface does seem simple enough, but it's tricky in terms of downloading all these extra "codecs" (saying it cannot convert unless it downloads these things!!) in today's day and age who in their right mind would design software to do such a fishy thing? And moreover, installing routes to the whole suite on the start bar.

It made me really suspicious. I tried it once, saw that the quality of the output wasn't very good and uninstalled immediately.

It is very lightweight though...

Anyway, I'm sticking with Stoik which is also free.

I encoded an avi test-file into FLV and it looked so shitty that I just decided to forget it

I do convert very often to flv ... using total video converter - it's great

but there's 1 file that it can't convert and I thought to test enother converter on it ...

that's how i got to try it - i was shocked it was so bad quality (the flv file) not to emntion that it downloaded programparts later
how do I know that what it's downloading is free of viruses? softpedia "only" guaranties the programs to be Virus-free and not their later activities :)
