I installed this program and tried to use it. It created some huge avi files that had totally black screens with just sound even though I chose the video option. I tried capturing one video from the internet and then also tried two from just playing a video that I already have on my computer and got the same bad results. Also, even after I uninstalled the program, I still can't get rid of the avi files it created....I keep getting the same error message when I try to delete or move them "make sure the file is not in use or write-protected".

This would be a great program and worth more than it costs if it worked, but I would not suggest even trying it after what I went through. And my computer is less than a year old with all the latest features.
