Yes, WinSetter can be a shareware, but it's DEFINETLY can be a FREEWARE too. Confusing? Don't believe? Just download and install it! It won't hurt you anyway!

What did you mean FREEWARE? It is a shitty Shareware offering what others offer for free. (and in a much better package)
