Probably you didn't understand how AutoPatcher works. Instaed of being such a lamer, you could try to search for information (e.g. using Google).
In the FAQ ( http://www.autopatcher.com/faq/ ):
Q: I've downloaded AutoPatcher and executed it but the program didn't install anything.
A: When executing the downloaded file, you've only decompressed it to a folder. To proceed with the installation of the included patches and add-ons, use the shortcut created on the desktop.

And since AutoPatcher itself and NSIS are 32 bit software, they can only use the 32 bit folder, but they install 64 bit hotfixes and programs.

If you use Windows XP X64 this is crap! Is does not work, it does not install properly it does not run, it installs to your x86 folder which means it is not x64 at all
AVOID THIS TRASH REMOVE IT FROM THIS SITE IT IS NOT SOFTWARE!!!!
