| | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | I created an account on this website just to explain what a bad idea downloading this program is. In fact, I am on a public computer now, because this program screwed with critical windows files and my computer won't even boot.
Why the author of this software altered files fundamental to the OS kernel just to apply a visual style is beyond me. It's my fault for deciding to run the software despite the numerous release-of-liability clicks the author inserted into the program (always a tip-off something's buggy).
Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this software, unless you want a several thousand dollar machine to become a paperweight in just ten minutes. |

| | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | Basically this transformation pack does two things: changes the graphical theme (some icons, button-bar, logon screen, logoff screen) & adds a side-bar that has a clock, a notepad, a "slideshow" viewer, and task box where you can click on various Web sites to go to them.
That's all.
Does it install without crashing the system? Yes.
Does it do anything compelling? No.
Themes are everywhere, so nothing noteworthy here. Plus, there are multiple, free, much better sidebars than the one included.
I'll be un-transforming now. |

I installed with the skin for msn messenger 7, but didnt like it too much so had to uninstall and reinstall. But had no issues or problems with that. And then the icons on other user accounts had a slight problem changing, only the account which i first logged in changed. But after i deleted the account and created the account it was all good, no problems there either. Very good..
I found that my login and Microsoft Outlook works relatively faster. So i am quite pleased about that. The desktop wallpapers are very good, variety of backgrounds to choose from.
Not really interested in the side bar, so didnt check that out. Overall 5 out of 5... |

| | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | People who have problems with this are STUPID. I followed the makers instructions TO THE LETTER, and it works perfectly. It does have a rather annoying installer (lots of clicking to work through) but I can understand why that is. If you have 10 minutes, some patience, and can READ instructions, then it'll transform the boring XP interface into something beautiful. I intend to donate to the creator, my way of letting them know their efforts are appreciated.
