| GUI:   Features: Ease of use: Value: |  | | Used to be good. Not anymore!!! Pros: Able to take your money in a single bound... Cons: Their Customer Service/Tech Support is a joke. I can't even get a refund for the remainder of my 1 year contract which is 7 months!!! I have been a Primedius customer for 4 years but they don't care. I can no longer download any file from the Internet since they did their so called upgrading in October of this year (2006). Yet when I disconnect from their proxy, all is fine. There have been outages and other glitches over the years, but nothing like this. The problem is definitely not on my end and they admitted it in an email. I even tried their service on 4 different computers, 3 different ISPs, and one computer that had a fresh install of WinXP and nothing else installed. Their reply: This is a rare problem and cannot find solution. Bull!!! It took a month for them to come to that conclusion. Do yourself a favor and use another service. Preferably one that is overseas (unlike Primedius). After all, anonymity is what you are after. Isnt it? And Im not a competitor. Just a ticked off customer who is getting shafted for $60 which is the remainder of the one year. |
