Works very well and its free! Upgraded my HD Loader from version 1.0 to version 3.8. I used to 2 USB adapters to hook up my old 120 gig HD threw my Laptop to my new 320 gig HD. It transfered my 39 games to my new 320 gig drive in about 2 hours threw my USB 2.0. Only problem I had which stumped me was that my computer could see my old 120 gig drive which had the 39 games on it, but couldn't recognize my new 320 gig drive even though it had already been used in my playstation with a game that I put on with my 3.8 version of HD Loader??? The fix was that I put my 320 gig drive back in my playstation which had the one game on it and put in my HD Loader version 1.0 it booted up and asked me to except or not except the software rights bla bla bla so I clicked on except the agreement then HD Loader version 1.0 booted up and I could play the one game. So I turned it off took out the 320 gig drive hooked it back up to my computer which low and behold could recognize the drive and walaa! I transfered all the games from the old drive to the new larger drive and lived happily ever after!!!
