I downloaded the TRx Recorder 4.11 'Trial' program but was not able to get it to work. I have a voice modem that works fine (I use every day). When I go to record a telephone call all I get is a very loud 'echo' that's as loud as the other person's voice. It is of no use to me like this. The playback quality is poor and I cannot record anything without this LOUD echo. I have read your instructions very closely (disabled 'wait for dial tone') and cannot get it to work properly. Do you have any suggestions? |
