| GUI:  Features: Ease of use: Value: |  | I have used previous versions of this software so after a system format decided to try the "new"version. All was going fine until my PC updated itself.
THIS WILL NOT WORK AFTER SP3 IS INSTALLED. SP2 IS OK BUT SP3 IS NOT !!!!! |

| | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | | In my opinion it was great! It had a lot of the Vista features such as the Start Button Flag and the Vista Wallpapers and screensavers. What it didn\'t have that I\'m not crying over was the boot screen. It does have log in. Does change the icons fom WinXP to WinVista. Loved it and will recommend to a friend. Oh and to solve everyone\'s problem, after it installs and restarts after going into MSDOS you log in and wait then MSDOS will come back up and will finish the istallation will full instructions after that goes away just go to your control panel>Appearance\'s and Themes>Appearence>then change from there. | | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | I have been using windows vista inspirat from crystalxp.net for a long time and now that I formatted my pc, I wanted too to enjoy the beauty of another theme based on vista idea.
I do have a question here which really worries me and should anybody have a solution or answer to it, don't hesitate to let me know please.
The question is that I cannot locate the package files anywhere on my pc, neither in all programs, nor in the local disk program files or add & remove files.
They said that this package backs up your default dll's and you can supposedly uninstall it easily (well, maybe it's under my nose and I can't see it!) but please let me know how to unistall back because even though I like this new GUI, I still believe that it should be easier for the moderate pc user to unistall a package he/she no longer likes . This I would regard a usability issue a multimedia & design student.
Anyways, please let me know ( I wouldn't like to harm my newly formatted pc because I don't know how to uninstall a visual package with bugs when others are easier and steadier) |

I am looking forward for a patch... because now I am using a small program to shutdown my laptop..! |

| | GUI: Features: Ease of use: Value: | | | Installed VIsta Customization Pack 3.6 24 hrs ago. It was easy to install with the use of Winace. Looks great and hasnt affected memory or cpu usage as of yet. The only problem I have found is the Lock and Shutdown buttons in the start menu do not work. I have been using the run command line to shutdown. If anyone has the fix for this i would be greatfull if you would share it. Over all I like this product. |
