Moltoaggressivo! Ho scaricato il programma per 30 giorni di prova. Mi ha quasi paralizzato il computer, impedito ad Adobe Flash Player di funzionare, rallentato tutti i processi. Alla fine e' stato difficilissimo deinstallarlo. Sono molto delusa perche' prima usavo volentieri Lavasoft free version e volevo acquistare questa versione. Adesso ho cambiato, ovviamente, idea!

installation seemless, a little bit longer update.after installation restart and comp. boot faster. boot acessing tools and option of ad aware times a liitle bit longer too. i notice eat so much resources than other suite , mention avira and avast. hehehe. s o you could try first before buying...

I've used the free version of AdAware for several years, and it has always been and excellent product and resource. Friends call me frequently to help get their PC's back in order, and one of the first things I do for them is install and run AdAware. It is amazing how much of a difference simply clearing out all the adware gunk can make on a system's performance.

Ad-Aware is fantastic. He had Kaspersky Security 2011 installed on my computer and the same was fighting with so many virus. I was about to have to restore the system. I installed Ad-Aware to try it, not really believing ... and to my surprise, he eliminated all viruses and the computer started to work as \"The Flash \". Very good, imagine the full version!

I purchased from the Lavasoft site - Ad Aware Pro. WHAT A SCAM!! $39.99 for two years protection. It does not work - will not install - then when cust. Svc DID finally respond to my 4 emails - they try to sell me a PREMIUM INSTALLATION service for another $29.99. I've read that there is a REAL Ad Aware that is good - but I sure didn't get it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF CRAP. Sorry, but that's what it is. The initial FREE download did clean up a malware - Smart Engine - but I cannot get the PAID FOR Pro version to install and I'm am NOT SINKING ANOTHING $30 INTO THIS MESS. STAY AWAY FROM IT. YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU BUY IT. I am NOT a novice when it comes to downloading software - but this is unlike any program I've ever seen.

Very good than spyware doctor only because of spyware doctor too much heavier than this.This one very much effective for all threats and comparatively lighter version.

I've always thought ad-aware was a great program up until 2007,then I installed the 2008 free version, and am very shocked to see that with this version ad-aware has seen fit to include advertizing pop up for Carbonite program..We install these antiadware,spyware programs to not have to put up with this sort of thing, but now the very programs that we're using to protect our computers are installing garbage.There was no where in the terms of agreement before you install ad-aware that mentioned advertising,nowhere, I did not give my permission for this, and am throughly dissapointed with ad-aware.Will it happen again , I don't know, but I'm going to wait and see ,if it does I will get it off my computer, and advise everyone I know to do the same.
