Actually, Chay, it is your computer. More specifically, it's your operating system. Animation Shop is not compatible with Vista. It only works with XP or earlier. And Corel says they are not going to update it anymore, so you're out of luck.

I heard from a friend that it is a very nice program however, I was unable to download it using Windows Vista. Perhaps you should look into why... Perhaps I should say it would not let me save the setup... not download. And I'm using a brand new computer so I am sure that it is not my computers fault.
