I find CPUMon to be the best memory & cpu display that I have ever used for troubleshopoting memory & cpu potential issues and the infamous Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).

I use it on every clients pc and usually they want it left on!

My gui settings (with a black background) :
General=always on top / alpha-blend / display memory
Colors=black / lime / red / lime / lime
The window have enough transparency without ticking the box.
Fast update, very light, very useful, a must-have on each computer.
