This is a great dictionary. I work with them a lot and can give a solid review. The only thing missing so far is language guessing - if user selects english->spanish, and if no translation is found, app should try the spanish->english translation automatically as well.
This is because most people that use this on daily basis use just two languages and don't need to select it - they should just be able to chose 2 languages and app should try both directions of translation. This requires parsing up google's output. Another thing is changing html links, as app should not allow links that open up new IE window.
The app is very fast, very smooth with minimal GUI, enough options, neutral tray icon, and most importantly works well without learning curve. No setup, no additional files on your PC - it works anywhere any time, but requires internet connection of course.
Also, note that google dictionary now automatically translates the phrase if multiple words are entered.
