Just a complaint about the company:
The software worked fine until I tried to update it. Then it said my registration code won't work. Now I spent money on software that won't work. It's been a week since I originally complained and am getting the runaround,
    quote:
According to our purchase policy all registered users can download free upgrades within the major version. All further upgrades can be purchased with 50% discount. This can be derived from Eltima Upgrade policy page

I just want it to work again and it's taken too much effort. I've called, emailed and filled out their online forms.

Go with another company - They all offer the same product (flash decompiler) but OTHERS will hopefully NOT disable your software for clicking on "update" after you've paid good money.

Just my opinion after dealing with customer service this week!

This software is the biggest mistake I've ever purchased. It could not even decompile my simple slide show. I contacted their tech support, and they comfirmed that their software was unable to decompile my files. They claimed there must be something wrong with my swf's, despite the fact the the swf's play perfectly in the Flash Player AND in the preview window IN THEIR SOFTWARE. How can their software display is correctly, but not decompile it correctly? Needless to say, they have also rejected my request for a refund, despite the 15 day money back guarantee on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOFTWARE ! ! !

Agree with Frank1211, the converting function is not very stable.
I won't use this software when I undertake tight tasks. I will search for more reliable ones.

yes, the problem is really exsit, why don't they fix the bug instead of one more click? it's not so convenient and I found that the function which converting SWF to FLA is not so good.

    Absolutely EXCELLENT software.

I was finally able to beat a few episodes of Booty Call without having to spend 2 hours figuring it out. I just converted the EXE game into an SWF file, then I opened it in Flash Decompiler, and just skipped all the core of the game and fast forwarded to the solution...the part where Jake gets laid...hahaha.

Its really amazing...it lets you see how flash videos were made, and to fast forward and rewind them...very nice.

The only issue with it is that if the flash has music, and you decide to fast forward and rewind a few times, you will find that the music from the point where you rewound or fast forwarded from will still be playing, and when you get to the next point you choice, the music there will start to play...so you will end up having more than 1 copy of the music playing, which is annoying.
THOUGH, the nice thing is that they must have known this problem, and there is a nice REOPEN button in the toolbar. Hit that and itll reopen the SWF file, resetting everything, turning off all the music you cant get to stop playing...

    Highly recommended!
