This is THE BEST free program to add fade-in and fade-out effects to your movies! After 4 days of searching, going through at least 15 different free softwares, I have found that this software is the best!!! The straightforward interface, and the output video settings and literally hundreds of different kinds of special effects including: transitions, fade-in fade-out, blur, audio blur, etc., the ease of use, and of course, the price (FREE) merit this program 5 stars from me! It is definitely better than any other free video editor on the planet! Trust me! Look no further!

Here is my story: I hade ripped a home movie I made and I wanted to share it with some friends. I renamed the VOB extension to MPEG, and converted that file to AVI. I then cut the part I wanted from the movie using SolveigMM AVI Trimmer, and then put it through Foto2Avi. I added fade-in fade-out effects to the beginning and end of my movie and then pressed "Generate." At first I freaked out that only the audio of the video was playing and not the video in the preview, but I decided to go ahead and try it out. The resulting video came out PERFECT! YES!!! After 4 days of searching, I finally found the program I needed! THANKS TRUSTFM!
