Program is basically a tree structured RTF editor/organizer. It's good for organizing text and graphics, or URLs. I use it for things like rebate tracking, password organizing, email accounts, and at work, for project information (programming).
I would give it a much higher rating were it not for their very poor customer support. I bought it, received the temporary key, and saved that information to my gmail account. Unfortunately, my hard disk crashed, and my recent backup was corrupted, so I lost the actual email address I had used (I have unlimited addresses from catchalls in several domains). I had my customer number, order number, temporary key, etc, but they insisted they needed the original email address, and it took hours from entering an address to receiving the notice that it was incorrect. They never even answered my emails personally.
I finally found it by going to the company that does their ordering, and logging in (I used a common login), then finding the email address there. But I feel that King Stairs software cares nothing about their customers, which is not good for a shareware company, or any company for that matter. I'd expect more from Microsoft, even.
