I have used almost every task management system out there, Toodledo, Don't Forget Milk, etceteras and this program MLO makes them all look like amateurs. It is full features and smart phone capable, the last task management system and organizer you will ever need. Sooner or later you will hit a deadend or limited capability with the other programs but not this one. Its simple but POWERFUL and future releases will only add to the MLO capability. I've stop searching for the ultimate task management and project management tool for me, it's MLO.

My evaluation period is over this week and I will be definitely purchasing this software. Very well written, simple but powerful, totally intuitive. It does one thing and it does it really well. This is one of my standard PC programs for the foreseeable future.

MLO provides the best combination of flexibility and PIM features that I've found. It allows you to easily implement the GTD philosophy and keep up with the changes, and it provides a wide range of customizing options to let you choose how the SW works for you. In addition, the developer is constantly looking for feedback and making improvements; in my experience, every new update has something that's of benefit to me.

MLO is central to my life - it's that good.

Awesome. Absolutely the core of what I do. I can now concentrate on "doing" rather than organising. It takes a little time to set yourself up right (in fact my MLO set up is constantly evolving) but it's so flexible that it can accommodate most quirks of your organisational life!

MyLife Organized is a lightweight yet powerful tool for organizing your life. After using MLO for only a short time, I can't imagine how I ever survived without it.

Basic use of MLO involves creating tasks, which can be organized as projects, tasks, and subtasks, with due dates, estimated effort levels, and locations. As you enter your goals, projects, and activities, a "to-do" list is created with a list of exactly what
needs to be done, where, and when.

MLO has advanced features, including exporting to various formats (Microsoft Excel, XML, CSV, and others), saving automatically, and syncing with Microsoft Outlook.

I strongly urge you to download the 45-day trial version of the Professional Edition, which offers all of the features described here. You can also download a free "lite" version which can be used as a simple task/subtask list. Get your life organized today!

I have only been using MLO for a few days. I decided to purchase it almost immediately. It was the EXACT thing I needed. I have tried many other applications over the years but this is perfect. With MLO I can now focus on accomplishing my goals and stop worrying about whether I am doing the 'best thing' at any moment.

It is the most stable application I have ever used. The program is extremely well designed, and very intuitive. It's simple to use but amazingly powerful. The upcoming features and the speed of development are very exciting.

Anyone who has ever tried to organize their life and goals with a computer should try this program ASAP.

My Life Organized takes your deadlines, recurring appointments, disjointed thoughts about things you'd quite like to do, life goals, etc, and gives you back a series of sequential tasks which really does seem to reflect your most important goals as well as your most urgent ones. The interface is clean and simple, but hides lots of useful little features. Recommended.

I couldn't find a way to edit my initial review, so I'm having to add an additional one here. I tried to set my ratings approximately equal to the average of the existing ratings, so this shouldn't skew them too much.

I just wanted to say that one of my complaints has now been addressed. The newly released version 1.4.01 now includes very flexible printing capabilities!!

This is by far the best task management/list organizer I have found for Windows. Includes project functionality, contexts-- everything one needs. Great for general use and for GTD methodology. Best of all: it runs perfectly well off of my USB flash (thumb) drive... I don't buy much software, but this was well worth it!

I"m going to keep this brief because I don't believe in boring people with a lot of details especially when the details aren't necessary. If you value your time and success in your life, then you should invest in this program. If you value your life and people around you, then you should invest in this program (since everyone around you will appreciate you later). If you value yourself most of all, you should invest in this program. Enough said. Highly recommended and essential to your life!

This is a tremendous application for getting organized. Its best feature is the accessibility and responsiveness of the developers. Feature after feature have been added over the past few months upon request of subscribers to the support lists.

For my needs, the only two features that are keeping this application from getting a perfect score are the lack of direct printing support (coming very soon) and synchronization with the Pocket PC version (coming in the not-too-distant future, and export and import are here now).

We've truly come a long way since FranklinQuest Ascend....

I've been using MyLIfe Organized for about 4 months - what a difference it has made in my ability to keep track my to do lists.

Multiple places/contexts (Home, Calls, Errands) associated with each todo item are what really sets this program apart from every other todo list manager I've used (and I've tried 20 applications).

Two other key aspects a very active user community on goggle groups and developer who is constantly improving the program in response to the end users requests.

I've become much better focused since I started using MyLife Organized.

MyLife Organized is the kind of application that I have been waiting for for years. Coupled with TimeTo(Above&Beyond), it moved my productivity and task planning to what seems a significant step forward. There are still few functionalities I wished to be implemented, but it is IMHO big leap ahead of competition anyway, and I have no doubt these new functionalities will be implemented soon, as the developer is very dedicated and over the past few months there has been constant rate of development and some great features added.
I have reated it only very good on two criteria not because there is something lacking, but because this is a todo list/outliner on steroids, "the todo list gorilla", with some deep functionality built in, so it can take time before you will fully explore what it can offer. Good news is, you don't have to wait, you can start right away with 10% of functionality (frankly, how much of the Word or Excel functionality do you use, anyway?), and grow your productivity along with incorporating more and more of it's functions in your standard task management procedure.
This is the app that I would keep on my PC if I could use only one program.
