What downgrades this, in my opinion, is the inability to change the font.

The continual pop up reminder is annoying

If you're looking for a great organizer, this is the one--and it's free! I've been using Chaos Manager, which is a nice little program, but Total Organizer is more functional and is very easy to use. There is also a forum to learn more about how to use Total Organizer or suggest ways to make it better.
