The registry backup did not work for me. It kept giving me a save error. However, it did fix my network problem. I've never had an problem where my MAC address would not even show up anymore. I ran all the adware programs and it still wouldn't fix it. So this finally did the trick. Hopefully my husband will not get the virus back on the machine again.
