This is not a freeware, but a shareware. If you read the Licence Agreement, you can see :
"You may evaluate the Software for a continuous 30 days, after which part of all of the functionalities will be disabled. You can continue to use the Software. If you want to use all of the functionalities, you need license file(s) and/or registration codes to unlock the Software."

Pros:

* Free
* Title is accurate, as this "Cleaner" is CRAP!

Cons:

* Their support forums are terrible. Bugs often go ignored for months on end and issues are often never fixed.
* Comes bundled with adware/spyware - Yahoo Toolbar
* The uninstaller does not uninstall or help to remove the Yahoo Toolbar.
* Cleans prefetch. A stupid concept that slows your computer performance.
* Cleans Hotfixes from Microsoft, a very bad idea should an issue ever arise and these need to be uninstalled.
* Hotfix and Prefetch cleaning have NO WARNINGS about what harm they can cause.
* Software performs slowly due to immensely large winapp ini
* No unicode support, which has been requested for over a year.
* Overuse of ActiveX/OCX files which can lead to issues just trying to run the software.
* Some elements within the application do not function as they should.

This is not freeware!

Excellent firewall for the minimalist (basic knowledge of firewalling recommended). Memory use is a mere 476kB.

Other "personal" firewalls bombard you with popups, asking you to allow programs to access external resources. GhostWall however defaults to "allow everything outbound, block everything (unsollicited) inbound", so you're expected to know what's running on your machine. Don't want a particular program to access the internet? Either configure it not to do so, or simply don't run it in the first place. If neither of these options apply, find out what ports the programs use and make a rule in the firewall.

Protection from malicious programs shouldn't be a task for a firewall, but for antivirus & anti-spyware software. If you really want your firewall to take care of such things for you, then please look elsewhere (kerio and sygate are good examples). GhostWall is just a very good firewall. Nothing more, nothing less.

After You Install It will tray to install another file

This is an extreamlly hard to get rid of SPYWARE
No Current of the shelv anti spyware to date can complitly remuve it!!!

I got infected, remouved it with but
after reboot it reapears!

the solution was time consuming and invilved havy registry fiddling!!
