SUMO is a great programme-I wonder why such an outstanding application hadn't been released by someone before SUMO appearance.
But there is one minus-NOT ALL updates of programmes are seen by SUMO. For instance, ProcessLasso is indicated by SMO as OK, but in reality there is a new 3.1.8.2 version not 3.1.8.0 . And several other programmes can be added to this list. Probably, there are some bugs in other programmes ,not SUMO.
But, in general-SUMO is a real pearl of software.

It is still in beta version. Cannot compete with either Dr.Web CureIt or Kaspersky Removal Tool. Am looking forward to seeing a new final release of F-Secure Easy Cleaner

Yetsreday I downloaded DrWeb CureIt via Softpedia link and the programme failed to be started in Safe Mode-and older version from the official link worked well.

Great programme, though it's still in beta. We can use a lot of functions in Songbird, though I didn't realize why I should open media files (either video or audio) in other players.

On a whole, it is a good programme with nice GUI and quite a bunch of features.
Though GOM Media Player doesn't read some video files and requires new codecs to be installed.
This is a very useful player and I do advise to make a trial of it, at least.

Quite a nice and good videoplayer for home PC. High quality of picture and sound-the programme is well-adjusted and meant for viewing video files.
But some feature, needed for MODERN (as for 2008) videoplayer are missing.
Moreover, the programme is not freeware, but it is hard to comprehend why one has to pay money for CrystalPlayer when he/she can make use of such software miracles as KMPlayer of MV2 simply for free. KMPlayer is a Maybach in the world of mediaplayers aaand CrystalPlayer being a very good programme, nonetheless, can't compete with KMPlayer in features and overall capabilities.
I think that CrystalPlayer should go freeware, so as the project seems to be dormant-no updates since 2006.

A superb videoplayer with a tremendously high quality resolution of picture.

I have nearly 15 mediaplayers installed on my computer (in sleeping mode, of cause), but must acknowledge that there is no real alternative for KMPlayer from the point of quality of sound and picture. This is a real masterpiece of software, my deep respect and esteem to its creator.Alas, KMPlayer has been sold to Pandora TV and the future of this software miracle is vague (let's recall the case with Winamp and ICQ after their acquisition by AOL).
The only downsides of KMPlayer are some intricacy in the interface and availabilityof Korean and Japanese radio and TV stations in KMPlayer library- I wish there were more US and European online massmedia.
You know, some commercial, shareware and trial players are not even close in the quality to KMPlayer. Just imagine- you are offered a shiny Maserati for free and shabby Yugo for money. That's the case with KMPlayer.

Have tested this programme after having heard a lot of praise.
What exactly can be said:
1. Huge and heavy programme.

2. The quality of picture and sound is NOT better tha those of freeware peers such as TheKMPLayer, VLC or Zoom Standard.

So why bother and play for that?

Quintessential Player has a marvelously perfect sound-what else can an audio player be expected of?
Astounding sound. Great job of the creator of this genius piece of software. The only downside (fro me) not the best GUI by default, but this is cured easily.

I like JetAUDIO and respect its creators. It used to be the best audio player. But now, I have compared and seen (heard) that JetAUDIO loses in quality of sound to foobar2000, Apollozz, CoolPlayer, AIMP and Quintessential Player. Just a subjective observation.
Still it is a great piece of art. I do hope that the next version of JetAUDIO will be a real masterpiece which will surpass all other media players.

I can't comment this software, so as I can't comprehend whether it is Adware or just a trial version of a commercial or shareware. To download 116 mb. just to check it is ridiculous. Please, clear up the situation. Will I have an opportunity to use PowerDVD as an adware after 30 day trial?

VLC is a very good product- an almost perfect sound and clear pictures. Though the interface wants facelifting badly.I hope that the new version will be more eye-candy.
Overall, a superb multimedia player, which is capable of viewing even damaged files.
