This is a very poorly run company. The site is often not functioning. It took me more than a week to get the software because of site problems and bugs. I bought three licenses, but couldn't get them to work due to bugs. When I did, it messed up one item on my Win2K. When I tried to remove that change I got a message that it needed to re-validate my license online. But the site was not functioning, it said to try later. When it did, I got a message that my license was a fraud. There is more. I feel that this is a company to avoid doing business with.

No user instructions. No Help file. No help. No readme with instructions on how to use it. Perhaps if one knew Linux it would be intuitive. Messed up my desktop.
