Been using flashget for 5 years, never had any problems with it at all, to tylermenzes I would say, you must have been infected before you installed flashget what other programs did u install just before flashget, and McAfee is not the best virus scanner its a system hog like norton, my system doesnt run slow and i have it running as soon as my system starts, i run roughly 7 programs at a time, and download using flasget, To dummyforbugmenot, their is NO spyware installed with Flashget 1.73 at all, cydoor has been removed as of 1.72 maybe 1.71, the banner has also been removed. The best downloader out there, and I have tried over 20 of them over the years.
