The software itself is very good and relatively easy to use. However, make absolutely sure that you make a backup copy of the setup software when you download it (access expires after 30 days) just in case you have a system crash or need to re-install the program. Roxio's 'customer service' so far has been non-existent and leaves you high and dry if you don't help yourself from the start. A shame as otherwise I prefer the program to 'Nero' but without good Customer Service (no replies to three emails after 2 weeks) you can become unstuck.
