This software is overall awesome, but it is a bit tricky to get working.(im using MS XP Pro on pc) it helps if you uninstall all media software (DivX, Winamp etc). During install use the preset for professional, this will instal ALL codecs for everything ever. the software monitors itself for conflicts so dont worry. i recommend using winamp for MP3 etc sound files, and the softwares own BS player for all video files. This can be set by right click on a vid file > Opens with > and set it to BS Pplayer, also check the box that syas "always use this ...."
I advise against using any form of iTunes as they tend to conflict EVERYTHING and will screw the codecs, sound drivers etc. besides iTunes are full of copyright crapola
